The Board Of Directors at its Meeting held on today the 11th February 2026 authorised Mr Harigovind Wholetime Director of Maris Spinning Mills Ltd to negotiate and finalise solar power purchase agreement with Neo Green Power Generation Pvt Limited Bangalore for Unit 1 , Mysore by way of investment not exceeding Rs. 50 Lakhs in the equity shares .
