The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.66 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.67 per cent at Rs 196.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 155.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.04 per cent to Rs 173.98 crore from Rs 135.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 93.38 per cent at Rs 2.92 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.21 per cent to Rs 22.95 crore as against Rs 19.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.54 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 55.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 27.37 per cent at Rs 4.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.80 crore).
