The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 127.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 153.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.64 per cent at Rs 1,026.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,123.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.31 per cent to Rs 740.00 crore from Rs 816.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 7.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 14.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.84 per cent to Rs 286.00 crore as against Rs 307.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.98 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 30.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 13.46 per cent at Rs 45.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 52.00 crore).
