The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 38.88 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 38.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.62 per cent at Rs 258.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 256.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.06 per cent to Rs 178.33 crore from Rs 182.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.53 per cent at Rs 3.34 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.36 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.15 per cent to Rs 79.91 crore as against Rs 74.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.47 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 12.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.13 per cent at Rs 20.38 crore (Dec'24 Rs 14.14 crore).
