The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 74.34 per cent at Rs 73.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 286.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 74.18 per cent to Rs 71.96 crore from Rs 278.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 55.63 per cent at Rs 8.19 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 18.46 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 79.66 per cent to Rs 1.68 crore as against Rs 8.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.18 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 94.71 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.05 crore).
