The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 153.42 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 206.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.15 per cent at Rs 511.76 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 440.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.16 per cent to Rs 421.06 crore from Rs 385.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.42 per cent at Rs 110.79 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 189.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 65.30 per cent to Rs 90.70 crore as against Rs 54.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 42.33 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 140.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.67 per cent at Rs 24.80 crore (Dec'24 Rs 21.44 crore).
