Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Minolta Finance Limited, at their meeting held today i.e. Friday February 13, 2026 inter-alia approved:\r\n1)The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors.\r\n2) Increased in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from ?10,20,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Twenty lakh only) to ?70,20,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Crore twenty lakh only).\r\n3)Approved the proposal to seek shareholders' approval through Postal Ballot for increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company.
