The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, i.e. February 13, 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the un-audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated both) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. A copy of aforesaid results along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is enclosed herewith.
