The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 2.32 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.33 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.94 per cent at Rs 37.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.52 per cent to Rs 39.81 crore from Rs 44.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 983.87 per cent at Rs 6.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 97.06 per cent to Rs -2.68 crore as against Rs -1.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 126.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 280.49 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.41 crore).
