With reference to our ealier intiamtion dated 13.02.2026, regarding the meeting of the Baord of Directors of the company scheduled for 17th February, 2026, we hereby inform due to unavoidabel circumstances, the said meeting has been postponed and re-scheduled to 18th February, 2026, to inter alia transact the business set out in the aforesaid intiamtion dated 13th February, 2026.
