This is with reference to the disclosure submitted by the Company on February 23, 2026 under Regulation\r\n30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR\r\nRegulations') regarding execution of a non-binding Letter of Intent ('LOI') for the proposed acquisition.\r\nThe Company hereby clarifies that the name of the target entity was inadvertently mentioned as 'iSERA\r\nBiological Private Limited' in the aforesaid disclosure. The correct name of the target entity is 'iSERA\r\nBiological Limited.'
