The Company has received an intimation from Deepak Vegpro Pvt. Ltd., member of Promoter Group of the Company, regarding its intention to acquire upto 15000 equity shares (constituting 0.469% of the total paid up capital of the Company), from Mr. Dinesh Gupta, another member of Promoter Group of the Company, by way of inter-se transfer through on market transactions.
