Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that consequent upon the joining of Ms. Pooja Minocha, Mr. Suresh Kumar Dwivedi (Assistant Vice President-IR & Admin), who is presently nominated as Senior Management Personnel, will cease to be considered as the Senior Management Personnel with effect from March 05, 2026, however he will continue to act as Assistant Vice President- IR & Admin of the Company.
