The Company has received a Disclosure under Regulation 10(6) of SEBI SAST Regulations from Deepak Vegpro Pvt. Ltd. in respect of acquisition of 15000 equity shares from Mr. Dinesh Gupta by way of inter se transfer through on market transaction.
