NTPC Green Energy Limited has informed that it has completed the formalities for the change of its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).

In compliance with Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of its earlier intimations dated November 11, 2025, and February 4, 2026, the company has executed a tripartite agreement with KFin Technologies Limited and Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt Ltd on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

With this agreement, all required procedures for the transition of RTA services from KFin Technologies Limited to Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt Ltd have been successfully completed.
