Varroc Engineering Ltd has announced the launch of the third edition of its flagship innovation initiative, Eureka Challenge 3.0 – Ignite Innovation, aimed at fostering next-generation engineering talent in India.

The competition invites undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students across disciplines such as Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, and IT to solve real-world challenges in the evolving mobility ecosystem. Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to four members.

Hosted on the Unstop platform, the multi-stage challenge requires participants to submit solutions in the form of detailed presentations, with an optional simulation video. The initiative builds on strong participation from previous editions.

Top performers will gain industry exposure, mentorship from Varroc experts, and opportunities to win cash prizes and pre-placement offers (PPOs).

Through this initiative, Varroc aims to strengthen its innovation ecosystem by bridging academia and industry while nurturing future-ready talent in smart and sustainable mobility.
