EIH Associated Hotels Ltd. has informed that the Trading Window for purchase/sale of the Company's shares shall remain closed from January 22, 2016 to February 1, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in view of the Company's Board Meeting to be held on January 29, 2016 for approving unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
