1. The audited financial results of the Company as per Indian GAAP for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2010 (Q2).

2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per IFRS for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2010.

3. To consider payment of interim dividend, if any.

The record date for payment of interim dividend, if any, is October 22, 2010.
