With reference to the earlier Announcement dated May 30, 2016, regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2016, Viksit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that there has been a typographical error in the figure of Quarter and Year ended Audited Financial Results, 31.03.2016 at Point No. 8, Exceptional Items where amount of Rs. 684.72 is corrected as Rs. 694.78. Accordingly, suitable corresponding changes have been made in the Net Profit and EPS in Results as well as in the Point No. A (1) (b), Reserve and Surplus and Point No. B (1) (c), Other Non-Current Assets in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 31st March, 2016.

Now the Company has submitted to BSE a Copy of Revised Financial Results for March 31, 2016
